Media Center News

The Gale Virtual Reference Library

is a set of seventy-three reference titles in ebook format. Find the reference works you need for class projects or to satisfy your curiousity, online and available at any time. Using the collection from home requires a password, which you will find on Mrs. Moll's West Hills Students class Blackboard page.

The Gale Global Issues in Context Database
is a new addition to our online database collection, "offering global perspectives on issues of international importance and current world events and topics in the news related to issues such as war, genocide, terrorism, human rights, poverty, famine, globalization, world trade, nuclear proliferation, and global warming, as well as more specific events and topics in the news that are related to these broader issues."

Read Across America Day
is March 2nd. We'll be having a readathon and other in class activities to celebrate the day. Have something ready to read so you can celebrate with us!

Electronic Use Policy
